TTC having been diagnosed with PCS:Pelvic Congestion Syndrome

Anyone here have PCS and has conceived and if so was your pregnancy a high risk or did nothing change. I have been off BC since June,2020 was diagnosed with PCS and have not been able to conceive!! The internet does not inform me if it causes issues with conceiving or how pregnancy goes!!! Help
