With my first, I had quite a lot of pain. Lots of shooting pains through my nipples and just overall breast soreness. With my current pregnancy, my breasts feel fuller and I’ve had some slight soreness, but nothing comparable to the first. I’m currently 26 weeks. I stopped breastfeeding a couple of weeks before getting pregnant, and I wonder if that has something to do with the difference from one to the next.

I’ve only had this one but yes, mine are sore. Not terrible, but they’re also very small, so it might be easier for me with my A cups.
