How many times do you pump

First time mom here!

My baby girl will be 3 weeks old on Thursday and right now I am feeding on demand and try to pump twice a day. When I go back to work, I want to transition to strictly pumping and bottle feeding. How many times a day do you pump? Any help is greatly appreciated!
