For years I have come to accept the fact that I might not ever be a mom! I came to peace with it after all the crying and the praying. I was way overweight, eating whatever I wanted and have PCOS, for sure I’m not getting pregnant.. 5 years ago, BAM, I am now a diabetic... great, chances are now even lower! Well, I haven’t been “trying” for a baby, but I also haven’t not been trying. Hubby and I have sex almost every other day but with me not getting periods almost all year with the exception of one month a year for a total of 2 days but just spotting. No birth control nothing!
Fast forward to November of this past year, I get a massive period! I’m talking about slaughter! I had it for almost 7 days and out of those 7 ; 5 were unbearable. (My mind, okay I got a full period I wonder if I ovulated), I start to download this app in hopes of just trying to keep track of my period not pregnancy. Well, December comes and here is a full period again, super heavy this time it lasts 5 full days first 3 crazy heavy. It wasn’t until January when I really started to think that I’m finally getting periods (at this point I have also lost 55lbs just with eating better and medicine to control my diabetes which helps with weight loss), at this point I start logging everything from how I’m feeling, to when I had sex etc... February came I had another (like clockwork, almost on time to the T). Here comes the reason for this post, last Saturday hubby and I had sex with a happy ending, this Saturday and Sunday we had happy ending sex again, but today for almost half the day I was spotting! My period is not supposed to arrive for another 5 days (if it wants to continue to cooperate), 2 days ago I also had egg white CM, super stretchy and clear. I don’t want to get my hopes up again but after speaking to my doctor he did say that with losing weight, getting my period regularly and controlling my diabetes it’s very possible as my Gyno also mentioned there’s nothing wrong with my uterus or anything else down there. Do you guys think I had implantation bleeding? It was not red or brown but very very light pink.
I apologize for this super long post! I’m very new to this and new to sharing feelings lol so, if you guys can please help a girl out that would be great.
