Super sore nipple
So I am finally over my mastitis on my right breast but now because of all the pumping I was doing to get through it, my right nipple is super sore and the base is a bit swollen.
Anyone have any good remedies to help? I’ve tried ice packs, warm compress, the Medela nipple hydrogel things, but nothing seems to really help.
