Anyone see implantation bleeding after sex before getting BFP?

Anyone see implantation bleeding after sex before getting BFP? Period not supposed to start until the last week of March, had my positive LH test the 7th-8th and it’s March 17th currently. Was light spotting all day then had sex and started bleeding but not enough to wear anything.

Not necessarily implantation bleeding, but yes the month I conceived when we had sex around 10-12 ish dpo I spotted a little after. I thought maybe AF but it was just that my cervix was sensitive.
