ok ladies so my story is so cunfusing

on nov 12 I ovulate. so i did pregnancy test on nov 24-25 and i got a vvvfaint positive, ok BUT on 25 i started bleeding so i went to ER, they did blood test and my HCG LEVEL WAS AN 8 ... doctor send me home with threatened miscarriage ... ok so i had that bleeding like for 5 days

yesterday i went to do more blood test to see if my hcg levels went down or up ... So the nurse just called me to give me my results ... MY HCG LEVELS ARE OVER 100! i know it a good result but could it be normal at 18 dpo .????????

i dont know how my weeks i im :(

I just know that i ovulate on nov 12 and that today i am 19 dpo
