Box hair dye during 1st trimester.?

Just about everywhere I've read about this says wait until 2nd trimester. My grey is so bad rn 😢 Has anyone used boxed hair dye in the first trimester?

You can use other non-ammonia dyes and they’re healthier for your hair too 😊

I dont like using box dye in general. But it's safe to dye your hair as long as you're in a well ventilated area.
