I'm 5 DPO and I have cramping in my lower abdomin? Should I be worried?

Extremely emotional
Because I had a miscarriage in January the week of
My wedding and we been ttc.. With no luck .. Got diagnosed with pcos and gained like 20 lbs .. Got put on metformin but I haven't lost any weight... I'm a mess
Today cauSe Idk if it's just my period being early..
Implantation bleeding or what .. It's so frustrating and emotional and my breast feel
Swollen but I don't wanna get my hopes

Implantation happens between 4.5-6 days after ovulation. But you won't test positive for a few days after that. So possible

No u shouldn't I'm also 5dpo too an having cramping on n off n headaches for 2 days n my veins on my boobs are looking big almost like swallon
