Woke up dizzy and nauseous ?

Last night I woke up in the middle of the night very nauseous and dizzy. I felt like throwing up but never did. Kinda worried about sleeping tonight and it happening again. Husband and I have been trying for baby #2 but I've been taking pregnancy tests the past week and they're always negative. And my period is in 2 days. Anyone ever experience anything like this? This is the first time it's happened. I do have a history of random dizziness but never with nausea.
