1st hcg level 41

I suffer from pcos , had a miscarriage 5 months ago due to abnormal rising hcg , I’m super worried that my 1st level is 41, all the nurse said to me was that it was a positive pregnancy but maybe really early... jut had the 2nd hcg blood work done today , hope for positive results tomorrow..
