Why would I feel sick and have a headache for no reason

Woke up feeling sick and bad headache. Haven’t eaten anything bad and I live alone and isolating and get shopping delivered so no reason to catch a bug. I’m worried

Any number of reasons… 
You could have allergies, maybe you need to dust or vacuum your room or change your sheets. Could be just dry air in your home. Maybe you need a humidifier. Or it could be something like sleep apnea, which can make you feel sick when you wake up. Or, you really could just be catching a cold. The people shop for you and who make deliveries do breathe and viruses could end up on your bags and boxes.
There are many things that it could be. Best thing you can do is ask a doctor.￼￼
