Only wants to nurse

My week old is only comforted by nursing. It’s how she soothes herself and how she falls asleep. My first nursed but was also happy to take a bottle and pacifier. This one only wants to be at my breast. I did not enjoy breast feeding with my first, but I really wanted to try to make it world with my second. I know she’s only a week old so I haven’t done much to change anything, but it’s getting exhausting (especially with a 2 year old to chase around). I also feel bad because I feel like my husband isn’t getting in time to bond with her because she is always attached to me.

Any tips or tricks?
