How would you pronounce this?

Question

We knew we wanted the nickname Allie. My husband doesn’t like the idea of just naming our daughter Allie, but I wasn’t a fan of Allison. I’d prefer something a little more unique. We talked about Alice, which I love, but we both agree it doesn’t flow as nice as we’d like with the middle name that was already chosen. We found the name “Allise” which we are pronouncing as “Ah-lease” but I’m starting to worry that she will constantly have to correct the pronunciation of her name.

I think you'll get a number of pronunciations unfortunately. That doesn't mean you shouldn't use it,  just figure out how much that will bother you.

As an Allee, I actually really liked it just being my name. But I do know an Alyse who goes by Aly. There is also Alexandria or Alyssa.

I would have pronounced it Alice.  Just be warned that people will likely be confused. One of my husband's friends daughters we could never figure out if she was Caroline or Carolyn (her dad always calls her Car car which works for either). My husband has literally known her from birth and she is now like 16.  We finally figured it out when we named our daughter Carolyn 2 years ago and he said how they were trying to decide which pronunciation to go with for Caroline and they decided on pronouncing it Carolyn.  Our confusion was because it was written as Caroline but pronounced Caroline.  For years we never called her my her name because we were embarrassed to admit that we didn't know, but it was because they call her something that doesn't match the spelling.

If you are planning on the going by Allie I don't think you will need to worry about miss pronunciation much anyway, depends how much she uses her nickname over official name. 
I have a difficult name to pronounce (used a fake profile name) and my family and friends have no problem with it. It was just teachers in school and random people I meet that get my name wrong which I don't mind at all. Personally I like the uniqueness more than having a common name everyone knows.

People literally call me Ashley when reading my name Ashi. They will email me back calling me Ashley when my name is signed Ashi. (Aw-she)
People will call her whatever they decide her name is in their brain 😂 I read it like you intended though if that makes you feel any better!
