Possible stomach problems ?

So my son is almost 4 weeks old and he has a problem with trying to pass gas. You can feel him pushing but nothing comes out and he starts to get really frustrated and gets very cranky. He can normally eat from both boobs but when he has gas in his belly he can only eat from one. So I have to give him gripe water every day and if I don’t then it causes a really fussy baby.

Gripe water is saving our lives rn. Anyone dealt with it? I’m going to take him to his pediatrician but I’m just wondering.
