Has anybody started buying pull ups?

What’s the point of them, compared to diapers? My son is no where close to start potty training, but maybe pull ups are easier during the day time.., instead of trying to wrestle an alligator a couple times during the day😂😂😅😅

Pull ups are not as absorbent as diapers, and it can sometimes be more of a pain to change because you have to take their pants and shoes (if applicable) off every time you change them. Some brands do open at the side but realigning them to close them again is a pain too. I worked in a kindergarten classroom for kids with special needs and would have to change up to 10 kids in half an hour and the ones with pull ups took so much longer. I plan to hold off on using them, if at all until my daughter is absolutely ready to potty train, and even then I would prefer to only use them for sleep and long car rides/outings.

We’ve been using pampers cruisers 360 the past week or so and they’re a game changer. They’re basically pull-ups with the absorbency of diapers.

I use pull ups with my nieces since they’re 4 whenever we’re with them and I feel like it’s more of a struggle to get them on than diapers. Since we’re about to start potty training with my son we’ve decided to just use regular diapers or try the 360 diapers even though they’re similar to pull ups.

No. Honestly we never even did pull ups with our son until now and he’s going to be 4 in 2 months. I just felt like they were more expensive. And once we started potty training we put him in underwear. He still struggles at night thought and can’t hold it and doesn’t wake up to go so we do use pull ups for bedtime currently. And the only reason (we literally just started a few weeks ago) is because he gets out of bed to go pee if he needs to before he falls asleep and those he can pull up and down on his own and doesn’t need our help then (since you know it’s a game and he gets out of bed about 8 times within an hour of us laying him down 🤦🏼‍♀️).
