I had a cold during my second pregnancy and I took Tylenol cold & sinus. Any Tylenol products are ok and regular Sudafed. You can also do benadryl. There is only a few cold medicines that are ok during pregnancy because they can make your blood pressure go up.

Zicam, idk. The other one that’s a no, you can’t really take much. Tylenol products and there’s a cold and sinus, but that was the only one approved when I was pregnant and got wicked stuffy end of first trimester
