Hey I feel a bit paranoid

A few months ago my boyfriend pointed out this yellow mark/bruise on his neck- it was never red or purple it just showed up as yellow. I was a little worried and he said it was most likely from the fit he had a few weeks prior.

I worried it was a hickey

But I’m with him almost everyday and I always see his phone and there’s never been anything that’s made me worry.

Is it possible to bruise on your neck after having a fit? It didn’t have the usual features of a hickey it wasn’t red/purple and it didn’t have any small red dots or swelling.
