PCOS and Progesterone Creams?

Hi friends! I recently bought prooV strips to see if my Metformin was helping me ovulate. This is only my first cycle on metformin to help with fertility. I’m 11dpo and tests are negative so I’m not sure if I ovulated this month. My prooV tests always had a line so they are technically negative. Just wondering if anyone has tried progesterone creams? My OBGYN can’t see me until June (wtf) so I’m trying to figure things out on my own for now.

Those tests are trash. You can confirm ovulation by tracking with opks & temp. The temp is what confirms ovulation. Don’t use any progesterone unless it is prescribed by doctor! I have PCOS, I’ve been on Metformin for years, I’ve been on progesterone for 5 years. Definitely wait until you see your doctor!
