Loose weight tips and advice pls

I’m getting married in few months ia. I’ve lost about 3kg so far but all in a space of around 6 months😔.

At the moment i weight 75kg and i’m 5ft2. I dont look fat i look ‘normal’ medium size.

I was at the gym before lockdown but they have been closed for a year- maybe thats why i not loosing it fast enough. Also when im in the mindset im dieting ny body cant handle it and it just doesnt work.

The days when my mindset is that im not dieting i actually to well.

I hate the pressure of what to eat and etc because i live at home with parents and siblings and im the only one wanting to loose weight.

I dont want to do the keto diet because i end up gaining weight after it.

What shall i do?

Can u also give me tips on what to do at gym because all i do is cardio.
