My obgyn still doesnt have my test results...

I had my first doctors visit on 3/16 and at that time I was 4 weeks pregnant. They took my blood and urine samples. I have pcos and I know my hormones are all the place so I’ve been calling them trying to find out my hcg levels and if I need to start taking progesterone however today being the 22nd they still don’t have my results back. When I call asking about it they act like I’m bothering them. I’m now 5 weeks and 1 day and I have my first ultrasound scheduled for 3/30 but I’m really going crazy not knowing if everything is going okay as far as the hcg and hormones level. Any advice on this?

Updated- called them again and finally found out my hcg was 40 on 3/16. I had a blood test done today as well and my hcg levels are now 290. My progesterone is 11 so everything is still looking good. I can finally relax my mind.
