4 month old has rash under eye

Does this warrant an emergency room visit or can I wait for his public health appt on Wednesday? It just appeared this morning. If it gets worse or begins to swell I will take him in but as it is now would you take your baby in? I don’t know what would have caused it. He hasn’t been crying or rubbing his eyes today.
