Trampolines safe?

So random question-we have a trampoline and my 4 year old wants me to go on it. Is it technically safe? I’m 25 weeks. I did a little research and it only mentions fall risk nothing about the actual bouncing. Yay or nay?

My 4 year old can barley even make the trampoline bounce so yes I go on even when pregnant. I just sit though 😂 we have the trampoline with a net and also have a big bounce house.. neither of them move when he jumps😂

I didn't jump hard on mine when I was pregnant very gentle jumps just to play with my son

I mean the most I would do is to sit on it while she plays and bounce her a little bit but that’s Probly it

Trampolines are so dangerous!! I’ve had two injuries (like 10 and 12 years old). I would NEVER get on one again, much less if I was pregnant.

I've done it. My OB didn't say no as long as I wasn't doing flips and taking it easy. It's really low impact. Some women run while pregnant and it's not an issue. Get your exercise any way you feel needed. Just be safe.

I can hardly sneeze without peeing myself. Bouncing on a trampoline at 25 weeks is impossible. Besides the risks of a fall
