Kidney dilation

I'm 29 weeks today and the last 3 appointments I've had they have been watching my daughters kidneys. Today I had the worst Dr. With the worst bedside manner. Basically now once she's born she will be seen by her pediatrician and a urologist to see whats going on. My mom is a NICU nurse and tells me she sees this all the time, and that there is still time for the dilation to resolve. I just wanna hear from other moms your experience if you've been through this. My first born was born with 2 CHDs , I know this kodney issue isn't as bad as that but it's still hard news to take in.
