What is this pain?!

Ok every time I get out of bed to pee (900 times a night) it feels like someone is pulling my hip bone apart. 
Also like someone is punching me down there 😔
 I'm 39 weeks

Is this labor pains I'm very confused

I have the same exact thing. It hurts so bad in the middle of the night when I have to roll out of bed a million times to pee. I think it's just the pressure of the baby on our pelvis. I'm 38 weeks. Doubt they are contractions
