Three month old needs to be held and ran with to sleep
So everyday for my baby to sleep, I need to hold him and jog him around the house. I already got complaints from downstairs about noise. I’m also just so exhausted. It’s not fun running at 3am to make him fall back asleep. I’ve tried everything else. How can I teach him to fall asleep by himself? 😫
