Advice please

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and my SO and I keep fighting. Most of the time I try to keep my cool but we push each others buttons and end up yelling and I feel my stress levels rise. I love him so much that leaving him never crosses my mind. He says we should try couples therapy. I really want things to work with him but more and more I feel like we’re such opposites. Any recommendations on how to make things work?
