3 failed IUI's with femara..5 rounds chlomid..failed..laparascpoy surgery..both me and hubby have unexplained infertility..we both healthy

It depends on a lot of things and how much money/time you’re willing to spend. IVF is expensive and is also not always a guarantee. However, it can also get costly with several other rounds of other procedures as well. 
If you feel confident that your doctor has exhausted all options, I would move on to IVF. Have you asked your current doctor if there is anything else that can be tried prior to moving on? Is there another fertility clinic in your area that would make it easier to get a second opinion if you want one? In my case, we only have one clinic with one doctor; however, I  very confident in my doctor/facility and trust they know what they are doing.

There’s a few things to consider: if you went for IVF, would you regret not getting a second opinion? If you got a second opinion and they say the same thing, would you regret spending time on the second opinion instead of just jumping in? 
We jumped into IVF quickly for a few reasons: I trusted my doctor/clinic a lot, and I didn’t want to spend time on treatment options that didn’t seem as likely to work, and I didn’t want to spend time getting multiple opinions of doctors that would say the same thing.
