Jasper Wyatt has arrived

Jasper was born today at 12:55pm weighing 6 lbs 5oz & 20 inches long. He has a full head of dark hair. I was induced this morning shortly after 6 & things progressed very quickly, I didn’t even get the other meds they give you after the OB breaks your water. I pushed for an hour & a half. It was difficult at the end due to him being slightly in the wrong position. His cord was wrapped around his neck twice. I was thankful to be able to get the epidural. I have a L4-S1 spinal fusion & there was a good chance it wouldn’t work. Thankfully it worked & it was the first time in the last 3 years my back didn’t hurt. I look forward to caring for my tiny human. I’m so in love. 😍
