Childcare arrangements for labor
For those of you whose family lives out of state, what childcare arrangements do you make for your other kid(s)? When did you have the caregiver arrive and did you do some kind of on call arrangement in case they had to come in the middle of the night? My parents are about 9 hours away from us, so I want to have a good game plan for when the time comes for baby #2.
