Before having our almost 2 year old it was basically every day or every other day. Since having him maybe 3 or 4 times a week and that is a good week. Momma be tired when little one goes to bed he has to catch me on a good day 🤣.

Our normal is at least once a day. But depending on things can be once or twice a week. Our high is 2/3 times a day. Kinda goes in waves depending on his energy mostly.
