Cramping

Hey, so i have the mirena Iud and i have had it since may of 2020. usually i have sex and everything’s fine. but i stopped having sex since the beginning of February and just had sex with someone last night. at like 2 am i woke up with moderate cramps. could this be normal since i haven’t had sex in awhile? He was also a little

bit bigger then the last one.
