Am I pregnant or ovulation ???

So I had my af 2/28-3/6 (had painful cramps as always). BD all week then had pink discharge 3/17&18 picked up a bit for 2 days then spotting when I wiped sorry for tmi. But no cramping for that which is EXTREMELY weird for me because I always have painful cramps. Now my cervix is really high and soft I can’t reach it though to tell if it’s open or close but I took a ovulation test today and yesterday and my LH seems to be decreasing slowly. But I’ve had like a stitch “pain” in my left side for 2-3 days now and nauseous yesterday and lower back pain 2-3 days. Also my breast have been sensitive for abt 4 days.

Open to any advice/ suggestions. Please help??!?!?
