Mama’s sharing my experience here! FTM!

Long story short I started off underweight 112lbs, I’ll be 29 weeks this Friday and I’m already up by about 32 lbs!! Its embarrassing and I’m feeling a bit ashamed of myself. I had my prenatal appointment today and apparently from my last 3 weeks appointment I had a 9lb weight gain. It was a shocker to me when the doctor brought it up just now. She actually said, wow, how can that be?! hmmm, you look the same but belly and breast look bigger, let’s have the nurse re-check it. They did at it still read the same weight.

Anyway, I will share this, I exercise 30-40min a day. I eat small meals and a regular meal at dinner. I drink lots of water. In other words, I thought I was doing everything right. My breast have gone from a 34B to a 36C/D my belly is definitely out there lol 😂 anyway, I’m currently feeling all kind of emotions. I still have about 11 more weeks to go and all I can imagine is me turning into a Walrus and being body shamed bc I’ve been very petite small almost my entire life. I really have no idea what my body is doing and I have no control over it, I’m sad that I’ve gained this much despite my efforts. My face, hands, arms almost look the same so I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ what’s happening but the scale obviously wasn’t lying today at my OB’s office. Anyone go through this before? Advice on how to cope on this crazy weight gain?? 😢 I do feel out of my body like I’m in a foreign body it’s hard to explain.
