Blurred vision

My last doc visit was 3/26 and I forgot to mention to my doctor but will definitely do so when I go back but I have been having blurred vision like the last 2 weeks. I have verry good eye sight and I do work on the computer pretty much all day so it's kinda frustrating cus I'm constantly cleaning my eyes cus I feel like I have something in them but my vision it's just blurry like I can't read things that I would normally be able to read from far way and today I had a headache idk if it's because I ate late or because of my vision but have any of you ladies experienced blurry vision? Did it go away after your pregnancy?
