Willa and Ty. Or Tyann, Tyler is a bit harder. Taylor.

Tyler is gender neutral in my opinion. I really like the name. William can be willow for a girl.

Willa, Billie, Mia or Lia are good choices

We have william for a boy and willow for a girl, in honour of partners dad who passed recently.
