First ultrasound

Hey everyone

My last period was feb 10 and so 7 weeks or so (couple days) since last period. I had my first ultrasound last night. Started as abdominal but had to switch to transvaginal. All the technician could tell me was that there is a pregnancy and looks to be about 4 weeks but since its so small cant see embryo. I was assured that I could just not ve as far along as I thought but naturally I am still worried. I have no bad cramping or bleeding and still have my mild symptoms (no real morning sickness yet but insomnia and fatigue, crazy hunger to tummy not feeling right or oddly feeling full hard to explain). I was told my dr will likely want to do a follow up in 2 to 3 weeks but will take 2 to 3 business days to get the results from my ultrasound. Of course it is easter so have to wait even longer to hear from the doctor. Has anyone else had this ? I'll share a few photos as well regarding my tracking. (I took a pregnancy test again last night for ease of mind its way darker than I've ever seen it)
