No fetal pole?

I am 5 weeks and 6 days, So I ended up going to the ER yesterday due to bad hip and back pain and dizziness and nausea. My blood work came back fine my hcg was 1300 and they did a ultrasound and said they did not see anything in my tubes but they did see the yolk sac but no fetal pole:( I feel sad, and bummed. Anyone have this happen and everything was okay? I know I ovulated sometime either on the 4th of march or after because we only did it once on the fourth.
