Preparing for ttc baby #2

We are going to ttc after my next period! Any tips? I’ve been taking my prenatal already but sometimes I forget. I do eat alot of crap atm whilst juggling working from home and breastfeeding, do I need to eat really healthy or does it not make much of a difference? I don’t get time to exercise but I am 140lb which is normal for my height. What can I be doing to prepare?
