I had something similar but more blood than that and it lasted maybe 1 hour than stopped and turned to some brown spotting! Some people are more sensitive than others i guess!

I got something similar when I got a cervical check, the check was in the morning and I had it at night and even a bit the next day (that was two weeks ago and I'm still very pregnant)
