My V smells

I noticed that after my partner finishes in me, I smell fishy the next day if I don’t shower after. He used to finish in me all the time when I was on birth control and now that I’m not it I’ve noticed a fishy smell after he finishes. I’m not sure if the two correlate or not or if it’s just a coincidence. Getting appointments for a doctor have been a little hard for me so I haven’t been checked in a year. I haven’t had any new partners since I’ve been tested. I consulted with an online doctor who prescribed me antibiotics for BV which I was sure i had but Now , after taking the meds, i don’t know. Any advice, tips, or suggestions until I can get an appointment at PP ?
