Prenatal a don't help to conceive, it just helps prepare your body for baby. So it's great to take them while ttc.

I took conception and fertility tablets and they certainly helped me as I was trying for a baby for 8 months, started these tablets and got pregnant after being on them for a month and a half! I think they help prepare your body and give u all the nutrients you need to keep the pregnancy
