Okay so background information we have a 13 month old and she has a  disability. So me and my baby dad got back together august 2020 and we became a family again. Anyway fast forward to October 2020 I find out the girl that tried being w home wrecker when I was pregnant his been cheating on me with not only that IS NOW HAVING HIS BABY. Boy I tell you I went mad I had a panic attack and cried for days. WE WAS TOGETHER FOR 3 YEARS. This guys been cheating on me FOR 3 YEARS!!!! anyway Ivemoved on now met someone who treats me like a princess and I’m happy BUT th baby dad hasn’t bothered with my daughter since I found out about the cheating so I blocked the tw*ts number and I get a message from the side chick saying she’s gonna get full custody of my girl and raise her with him! Boy I’m going mad because of the threats I now told him if he wants to see his daughter in future will be through the courts I’m just wondering if you all think I’m being OTT or if I’m in the right cos I can’t deal with it anymore this boys made my mental health dip to actual suicide thoughts and my little girl needs me!!! What’s anyone’s opinions🥱🥱

Block both of them and live your life. She has NO legal rights to your child. She is sending you these messages because she is trying to start drama. Don’t respond. Block her. & keep it moving. If he really wants to be apart of your daughters life (which I’m assuming he doesn’t by your post) then he can be a man and approach it in a respectful and adult way, or he can go through the courts himself. Until then, let them live their life and you live yours. He seems to be nothing but trouble anyways so you and your daughter are probably better off without him. ❤️

It should have been through the courts prior to any threats being made. This is why courts exist. To keep things legally fair for both parents.

You also have to consider your daughter. He lay be a bad partner but he may be a ok father. Id allow supervised visits and let the child get to know its father. Children need both parents. Id also allow his family to know her if they are ok people. I know its painful and i know it hurts.... but maybe seek therapy and then try to find some balance for the sake of the child. Its not ok to keep the child from him and may be in your best interest to be cordial because courts could award 50/50 custody. Has he even confirmed paternity of his “other baby mama.”

Ok, he cheated on you. That makes him an asshole. 
What has he done since then that is pushing you over the edge? Is he harassing you? Threatening you? You can block her, but I promise it won’t look good on you to completely block him out if he does pursue court. He is the person you chose to have a child with, and now you might have to learn to coparent and accept that his girlfriend will likely be a part of your child’s life. You won’t get to choose how he raises his daughter on his time. 
I suggest being the bigger person here for the sake of your child. If you’re so happy and moved on so quickly with a new person, why are you worried about her anymore at all? Let her spout off and be a fool - you don’t have to, but right now you sound like you want to join that party.
