Help with Periods

I usually have super regular periods. My breasts also usually hurt before a period which is how I know it is time. Around March 21st, I randomly started. No breast pain or anything. It lasted until the 28th I believe. Then, about a day later, I started spotting light brown blood not enough to fill a tampon for about 4 days straight. Yesterday, my period started heavy again. Anyone know why?
