Bleeding after fingering

Hi everyone. I find the most comfort here asking questions to more experienced people so pls if you have any ideas, write me back... so my boyfriend was fingering me and he was quite hard on me. After he was done fingering I realized that I was bleeding a lot. First I thought it was normal but it hasn’t stopped and it’s has been 2 hours now. I ended my period 2 days ago and recently started birth control so I still get spotting. But i was wondering if he actually scratched up inside of my vagina or was there still a little bit blood left from my period and now it’s coming out. If the bleeding hasn’t stopped for 2 hours now can it be a deep scratch and can I get infection?
