Tax return?

My baby will not be born until July. My bd will not be seeing baby because his family does crack and pills and he sells drugs, I will not be working until he’s 6months which will be January-February because I will be breastfeeding and want to be with him those 6months. For tax return I don’t want to file Im 17 so my parents still file me. if I don’t file will my babydaddy end up getting taxes for my child that he clearly won’t be taking care of if he signs the birth certificate, he’s 21, I don’t want him getting taxes for the baby because he doesn’t do anything but loose all his money to drugs, and I’m not about to tolerate that, this all started happening when I was 4months so he was never like this to start.
