Surprised in ER with the news it's twins!
After my Dr had to cancel my appt for a delivery, I ended up in ER due to liver pain (I take liver metabolised meds for latent tuberculosis).
They checked on baby with an ultrasound and found there are 2! We conceived naturally (and accidentally). They are able to tell they're fraternal because they can see where I ovulated twice on the right side. Gestationally they're a day apart but both right around the 6 week mark.
We are so excited!
