Question

Any VBAC moms out there?  I was just told that I could do a vaginal delivery after first being a C section, it’ll be almost 4 years since c section around baby girls due date, but everything I read I’m getting super scared, I would love to try a natural birth, be able to go home to my son and bring myself and baby girl home sooner , but if it’s not safer then surgery it is, hoping to hear some success story’s but tell me everything I need to know

Vbac is recommended before a repeat csection and is statistically safer for the mother. I havent had my vbac yet but am planning it for May

My 1st was a c-section and I've had two vbacs since then. I'm pregnant with my 4th.

Honestly a doula would be a life saver if you want to do VBAC

I just had one at the start of March. The 2 days of recovery was way more painful but after that it was way easier. You still have to take it easy, but not nearly as restrictive. I would recommend doing pelvic floor exercises early and often though.
