Numb/vibrating hands during sex

Ok so this has happened to me number of times before but the other day it was crazy how intense it was so I had to come here and see if anyone had experience this too. Whenever I’m having sex honestly happens during foreplay really but my hands will become numb and vibrate like your hand has fallen asleep but even more intense then that. They also ether get stuck in a claw like position or my fingers get stiff and straight and hard to move. I always have to ask to stop and sit up to let my hands go back to normal which takes at least a few minutes to finally go away. I currently have been seeing a physical therapist for unknown wrists problems most likely just Tendinitis in my wrists so I just wanna make sure this is maybe a common thing or it has something to do with my hands.
