Do u tel your husband when u get an infection

Hey ladddies, I’m not sure if I even have an infection but I am feelin weird down there and I’m just a super private person I get embarrassed so easily even around my husband which is stupid but anyways. I’m going to get tested tomorrow for bv and yeast but I’m wondering when u guys have tested positive for one of those did u just straight up tell your husband or just take the medicine and not tell him anything ?
